How to use the Transactions Report
This document explains how to use the failed transactions report to recapture failed Smart Auth payments. Smart Auth payments sometimes fails as the customer does not have enough funds on their card to pay for the final fare. When this happens you can use this new report to attempt to recapture the payment when the customer has more available funds on their card.
How to complete a journey if notified of a Failed Transaction.
Airpay will notify you by email if we did not receive a booking complete webhook for your journey. We will email you three hours after an expected journey was due to complete if the booking complete webhook was not received, and the booking will also appear on the Failed Transaction Report the next day.
